Marc-Andre Fleury has been the Penguins’ best player in these playoffs.
Whether he gets another chance to prove that remains to be seen.
Fleury allowed a goal on Ottawa’s first shot, then gave up three more during a span of two minutes, 18 seconds in what became a 5-1 loss to the Senators in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference final Wednesday at the Canadian Tire Centre.
He was replaced by Matt Murray after the fourth goal.
After the game, coach Mike Sullivan said he “hasn’t given any consideration” to who will start in goal Friday in Game 4.
