The Pittsburgh Penguins met the Philadelphia Flyers last night for game two of their three-game series. And almost right off the bat, the Penguins looked destined to repeat their successes from Tuesday’s 5-2 victory. Three goals in the span of nearly two minutes propelled the Pens to a 3-0 lead. But as the game went on, the Flyers climbed all the way back to win the game 4-3. It was not fun. [Recap]
Before the game, however, the Penguins received a bit of good news, as captain Sidney Crosby and assistant coach Todd Reirden were taken off the NHL’s COVID-19 protocol list.
