DALLAS — Teddy Blueger never did get to practice Thursday, but perhaps he can make up for it during his NHL debut Friday in Dallas.
Penguins coach Mike Sullivan doesn’t commit to pregame lineup decisions other than his goaltender, but there’s a good chance Blueger will play against the Stars.
Fellow center Carter Rowney is technically a game-time decision, but he left morning skate about halfway through and did little actual skating.
For Blueger, it completes a whirlwind past 24 hours, when he was told he going up about an hour or so before Thursday’s practice in Providence, then arrived in Dallas later that night.
