Penguins setting nerves aside with Stanley Cup chance on deck

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A few nervous jitters are only natural the night before a big day. Say, a test or job interview.

How about the night before you play for the Stanley Cup?

“I think we all are so excited to get the game started tomorrow,” Penguins winger Patric Hornqvist said. “We just try to keep the same routine. Almost like another game. It's obviously a huge game, but in the same way, it's one hockey game.

“We have our routines and we've been through it so many times. We can't change our routines for a regular season game or a playoff game or a Stanley Cup final game.
