The Penguins added center Josh Jooris from Carolina a few minutes after the 3 p.m. NHL trade deadline Monday.
Moves can always be announced after the deadline, so long as the paperwork was filed on time.

What the Penguins gave up is not known, as the deal has not been announced by the team.
Jooris has three goals and six points in 31 games this season and likely profiles as a Wilkes-Barre/Scranton candidate.
