The Penguins recalled center Oskar Sundqvist from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League and assigned right winger Dominik Simon to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
This is Sundqvist's second recall of the season. Sundqvist, 21, has appeared in 10 NHL games this season and has one assist.
Simon, 21, was recalled last week and appeared in three NHL games with one assist.
