Penguins Recall Forwards Dominik Simon and Conor Sheary

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forwards Dominik Simon and Conor Sheary from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.

Forward Tom Sestito has been re-assigned to WBS.

Simon, 21, has enjoyed a successful debut in North America, registering 18 goals, 20 assists and 38 points in 54 games. He is the ninth-leading scorer among all AHL rookies.

The 5-foot-11, 176-pound native of Prague, Czech Republic was one of four WBS players selected to play in the AHL All-Star Classic earlier this year.
