Penguins, Predators deadlocked in Game 4

The Penguins are facing the Predators in Game 4 of the Stanley Cup final Monday at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. They lead the series, two games to one. Here are some thoughts about the game as it unfolds.

First period: After about 15 minutes of pretty boring hockey, we got some action late in the first period there.

The Penguins and Predators are tied, 1-1, heading into the second, after goals from Calle Jarnkrok and Sidney Crosby.

The opening part of the game may not have been all that exciting for viewers, but it was basically what Chris Kunitz talked about last week when he said the Penguins need to play some dull road hockey to take the life out of this building.
