The Pittsburgh Penguins and Nashville Predators both had to overcome a slew of injuries to make it to the Stanley Cup final, but they may be getting some relief.
Penguins forward Patric Hornqvist practiced on Sunday and could return for Game 1 Monday after missing six games with an upper-body injury.
Predators captain Mike Fisher may also be on the ice after missing the last two games of the Western Conference final. Coach Peter Laviolette said that all players who made the trip to Pittsburgh would be available.
The teams could use some good news on the injury front.
