DENVER — The Penguins should be scoring at a higher rate, coach Mike Johnston said Wednesday. His criticism stopped there.
Johnston said he felt no more pressure than usual to win after general manager Jim Rutherford spoke candidly earlier this week about the Penguins underachieving and scrapped his plans to attend league meetings to stay close to the team.
