PENGUINS’ MOREHOUSE TO HAVE SURGERY

Pittsburgh Penguins CEO and President David Morehouse is scheduled to undergo heart valve repair and bypass surgery on Tuesday, the team announced.

Doctors recommended the surgery following a series of recent tests and examinations.

Morehouse, 55, is expected to return to his duties in six to eight weeks. Travis Williams, the Penguins’ Chief Operating Officer, will oversee team business in his absence.
