WASHINGTON -- There are always quite a few Pittsburgh fans in the building when the Penguins play the Capitals here in Washington.
I say "Pittsburgh" fans and not just "Penguins" fans because I saw more than a few Steelers jerseys and Terrible Towels around the arena today.
For at least the last decade, the local Penguins fans here have found their own place to celebrate wins as a group -- the steps of the National Portrait Gallery across the street from Capital One Arena.
That tradition continued after Sunday's tight 4-3 win over the Capitals:
And, as is tradition, Capitals fans were jammed up:
