Penguins fans were at it again in the nation’s capital Thursday night.
After their team scored a 3-2 victory against the Capitals in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals in Washington, the black and gold-clad faithful gathered on the steps of the National Portrait Gallery to celebrate together.
The gathering has become something of a tradition after big Penguins wins in Washington in recent years, as the museum is very close to Capital One Arena. And there was another solid turnout despite the Capitals efforts to keep Penguins fans from getting tickets.
