Penguins fan arrested after scuffle with police during game

A 29-year-old Altoona man faces aggravated assault, resisting arrest and related charges after an incident Monday night during Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Final between the Penguins and Ottawa Senators at PPG Paints Arena.

Police were asked to help security staff in removing Jason Miller from the arena because he was using profanities, Pittsburgh police said. Mr. Miller refused to leave several times before officers got him out of his seat and escorted him to the concourse.
