The Penguins on Tuesday announced deals with three of their four remaining four restricted free agents.
Forwards Teddy Blueger and Thomas Di Pauli and defenseman Ethan Prow all signed one-year, two-way contracts that would pay them $650,000 at the NHL level. All three spent last season with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, save for Blueger’s one-week, zero-game stint with the Penguins.
Blueger, 23, was the most productive of the trio in 2017-18. He was second on the team in goals (21) and third in points (45), and is likely to start the season as one of the first in line for a promotion to the NHL.
