Pascal Dupuis said it’s too soon to know what comes next for him.
Dupuis, who retired last week because of ongoing medical problems related to his blood clotting issue, said he would like a position on the Penguins staff but isn’t sure yet what that might be.
“Hard for me to say right now. Still fresh,” said Dupuis, who held a short press conference after Monday’s morning skate. “Definitely would want to stay here in Pittsburgh and try to help this team win. ... I don’t know what position would be needed. We’ll see. Definitely we’ll have a talk with [general manager Jim Rutherford] in the next week or so to really define a role for me.
