Notebook: Tristan Jarry getting the nod over Matt Murray in goal for the Penguins

Mike Sullivan often says that, when it comes to determining his lineup on a game-to-game basis, his job — along with the rest of the Penguins coaching staff —is to make the decisions that give his team the best chance to win that game.

Lately, the decision of who starts in goal has been getting a bit tougher.

Rookie Tristan Jarry will get the nod between the pipes for the Penguins’ game against Boston Sunday night, his third start in the last four games. It’s Jarry’s second consecutive start in a game that’s not part of a back-to-back.
