NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Penguins center Nick Bonino will be a game-time decision for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup final, coach Mike Sullivan said Monday.
Bonino missed Game 3 with an apparent left foot injury, which he picked up blocking a P.K. Subban slap shot in the first period of Game 2. Bonino returned for the second and third period of that game.
He participated in the Penguins’ off-day practice Sunday, and said afterwards that he felt “all right, but not awesome.”
Bonino also was spotted leaving Bridgestone Arena Monday morning in a walking boot and crutches, according to Shawn McKenzie of SportsNet.
