EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — David Warsofsky has cradled the puck at the point, surveying his options since he ran the power play at Boston University his senior year of college, with then and now teammate Adam Clendening.
This afternoon, he might get to do it at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in place of Kris Letang on the Penguins’ top unit against the L.A. Kings.
“I guess I’ve been playing it my whole life. I’m kind of used to it,” said Warsofsky. “When you’re comfortable out there and you have a little bit of confidence that also helps, too.
