It does not appear as though Penguins coach Mike Sullivan is leaning toward a change in goal for Game 5 of the Stanley Cup final.
Speaking on an afternoon conference call, Sullivan said there are other reasons his team has lost two in a row and coughed up a total of nine goals while doing it.
“We haven’t lost games because of our goaltending.”
The question came after Matt Murray was touched up for eight goals on 58 shots during a pair of lopsided losses in Nashville on Saturday and Monday.
PPG Paints Arena will play host to Game 5 on Thursday.
