Still, the Nittany Lions saved one big piece of the puzzle for this signing day, landing a big-time recruit Wednesday afternoon.
Chimdy Onoh, a 4-star offensive tackle from Dundalk High School in Maryland, signed with Penn State on Wednesday to round out the class of 2023.
Onoh (6-5, 270) is rated the No. 5 prospect in Maryland and the No.
