Lineup looks like champs of old

For the first time this season, the 2016-17 Penguins looked like the group that hoisted the Stanley Cup in June — with the lone exception of Trevor Daley, who was out last spring with a broken ankle.

Coach Mike Sullivan reunited the HBK line of Carl Hagelin, Nick Bonino and Phil Kessel for Saturday’s game against the Toronto Maple Leafs. He also reinserted Tom Kuhnhackl into the lineup and made Scott Wilson a healthy scratch.

Conor Sheary, who saw sporadic time with Sidney Crosby since returning from an eye injury last Saturday, was deployed on Crosby’s left wing to start the game.
