The Penguins got some great news last week with the return of Sidney Crosby after two months for core muscle surgery. Crosby was rumored to be ready to play against the Coyotes last Sunday, but decided against it as the Penguins got to check out Phil Kessel’s new home. Jared McCann got the party started with his 13th goal 2:43 into the 1st period, but ti was answered by Arizona with five minutes left in the 1st period. Patric Hornqvist scored on the power play early in the 2nd, but it was again answered by the Coyotes and the game was tied at two heading into the 3rd period.
