GNC and the Pittsburgh Penguins today reached a major partnership agreement that includes naming rights to the team’s popular “Student Rush” ticket program.
The multi-year agreement, which makes GNC the 12th Founding Partner at CONSOL Energy Center, includes promotional concepts that will benefit both Penguins fans and GNC customers.
The highly-acclaimed “Student Rush” program, which dates back to the late 1990s, enables several hundred college and high school students to attend each Penguins game at a discounted price.
To launch the new partnership, GNC will be presenting specially-designed “GNC Student Rush” t-shirts to “rushers” at the Thursday, March 17 game against Carolina.
