Freiermuth and Wallace sustain concussions during 35-point trouncing

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Steelers were not only beaten up on the scoreboard in Sunday's 38-3 loss to the Bills, they were also beaten up physically.

Pat Freiermuth and Levi Wallace top the list of injured players as both left the game in the third quarter and entered the concussion protocol. Mike Tomlin confirmed after the game that both players did sustain concussions.

Freiermuth sustained his concussion on his second catch of the game. Buffalo defender quickly collapsed on Freiermuth, and the Steelers' tight end sustained a shot to the head amid the jostling from multiple hits.
