Fleury gets his turn with Stanley Cup, shares it with Ronald McDonald House kids

One of former Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury’s last acts in Pittsburgh was opening a “state-of-the-art playground” at the Sto-Ken-Rox Boys & Girls Club in McKees Rocks.

“It’s been something we’ve been thinking about for a little while, and we were just thinking about something to give back,” Fleury said then, according to a release on the team’s website. “The people of Pittsburgh have been so good to me, so to build something fun, something for the kids, I’m glad it all came out and the kids seem to like it.”

The spirit of sharing continues to live on with Fleury, even as a Las Vegas Golden Knight.
