It won’t be the spectacle the Belle Vernon community was hoping for, but the Penguins’ preseason game against the St. Louis Blues Sunday night will be a spectacle nonetheless.
Originally slated to take place in front of a few thousand people at the Rostraver Ice Garden in Belle Vernon, the game will instead be played in front of a few hundred tightly packed fans at the Penguins’ practice facility at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex.
