Brian Dumoulin chugged three Bud Lights at once after the Penguins hoisted the Stanley Cup inside San Jose’s SAP Center in 2016.
A year later, he smartly switched to water at Point State Park because, he joked, “I gave it everything I had in the parade.”
Leave it to Dumoulin — the Penguins’ team DJ, fantasy football commissioner and generally one of their most fun-loving players — to put a self-deprecating spin on his increased goal total this season.
“If I keep up this pace,” Dumoulin said Tuesday at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, “it’s going to be hard to top it next year.
