An improved power-play offense could do wonders for the Penguins in Game 3

PHILADELPHIA — Don’t get the wrong idea. Penguins coach Mike Sullivan has plenty to worry about.

There’s the ballooning federal deficit.

Volatility in the Middle East.

The possibility of a trade war with China.

And, yeah, Sullivan might even fret a bit about the Penguins’ opening-round playoff series with Philadelphia being tied, 1-1, heading into Game 3 at Wells Fargo Center Sunday afternoon.

That’s understandable — doesn’t every coach keep a six-pack of antacid on hand at all times, just in case he feels the urge to agonize? — but not necessary.

Not yet, anyway.
