The NHL trade deadline is a week away, and Penguins general manager Jim Rutherford confirmed to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on Monday that he expects to add to his team in some capacity.
“Yeah, I do,” Rutherford said. “The stronger we can make our team and have depth at all positions, it helps us in the long run.”
You expected that, though, right? Of course Rutherford will add. He basically always does. The biggest question is how Rutherford goes about improving these Penguins.
