Pitt's softball season likely came to an end as the Panthers were eliminated in the first game of the ACC Tournament last week by the Florida State Seminoles. Three players finished the regular season with a few honors, however, as they were named to All-ACC teams.
Leading the way was sophomore outfielder Erin Hershman. She was named to the First Team after leading the team with a .415 batting average and with 27 hits in ACC play. Starting all 52 games, she also led the team with 12 doubles and was second on the team in batting average, hitting .
