The Pittsburgh Panthers have one final game to play to put a cap on the 2022 season. The Panthers were selected to play in the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl against the UCLA Bruins. This game looks to be Nick Patti’s second consecutive Bowl game to start and a chance at a 9-4 season for Coach Pat Narduzzi.
The Panthers did not have as successful of a season as they did in 2021, but that does not mean that the season was not impactful. The 8 wins that the Panthers have this season is the second highest win total under Coach Narduzzi, and any chance to have a bowl remotely close to a New Year’s Six Bowl is nothing to sneeze at.
