In the wake of the news that Pitt is not only interested in Vanderbilt head coach Kevin Stallings but could even have a deal with him shortly, one interesting storyline is that of transfer Sheldon Jeter.
Jeter, you may remember, transferred to Pitt from Vanderbilt after playing there for one season. He had a contentious exit, however, after Stallings, his then coach, refused to grant him with his release. Jeter later appealed the decision but was denied that, too.
Now with Stallings perhaps trailing Jeter to Pitt, you can only imagine what the talented forward is thinking.
