This performance after what happened in Syracuse was not dispiriting. It was the kind that pisses me off.
After spending the first 15 games establishing a pattern of racing out to big leads and then holding on in the second half, Pitt has changed its approach the last two games. They get buried and then spend the second half trying to dig out of that hole.
