Today’s game thread is a little different with Pitt having a football and men’s basketball game thread at the same time. As we’ve done in the past when that’s happened, I figured I’d throw up one combined post since it makes little sense for people to try to be in two threads at once.
From the football side, Pitt is headed on the road today to take on Wake Forest. Obviously, it’s a key game with the Panthers’ magic number to win the Coastal Division down to one. Should the Panthers come out on top today, they will be headed to the Atlantic Coast Conference title game regardless of what happens in the season finale against Miami.
