Pitt opens ACC play today with a game against the Miami Hurricanes. Facing a ranked Miami squad, it’s going to be a tough test for the Panthers to be sure.
This one seems less about if Pitt can actually win and more about can they keep it close. And while the Panthers rallied to make a game against a ranked West Virginia team close earlier this year, it shouldn’t be forgotten that Pitt was being crushed before making a comeback.
