The Pitt men’s basketball team heads to Georgia Tech today to face the Yellow Jackets in a game that was previously postponed.
The Panthers (9-6) are still trying to shake themselves from a bit of a funk. After losing three straight, they rebounded to upset No. 16 Virginia Tech. But they were soundly beaten against No. 14 Virginia last time out and have lost four out of their last five games.
The Yellow Jackets (9-8) provide a decent chance for a win and have experienced the same kinds of ups and downs that Pitt has. But they also have some solid victories this year over North Carolina, as well as ranked Florida State and Clemson teams.
