The Pitt volleyball team is on some kind of winning streak, having taken their past ten matches. But the Panthers aren’t just beating their opponents - they’re beating them badly.
In the Panthers’ streak, they’ve not even been taken to a fifth set a single time. Each of the team’s victories have either been shutouts or relatively comfortable 3-1 wins. Half have been flat out shutouts and the Panthers most recently pulled that trick in back-to-back games against ACC foes Virginia and Virginia Tech.
Beyond the streak, Pitt has also had a few more comfortable wins. Earlier in the year, the Panthers swept both Dayton and Saint Louis.
