I know what you're thinking, Maryland Eastern Shore is 3-12 and Pitt is 11-1, fresh off of a win against Syracuse. The Panthers' next game should be a cake walk.
Not so fast.
The Hawks of Maryland Eastern Shore are nowhere near as bad as their record. I saw them play against St. Joseph's this past week and while St. Joe's won by 10, the game was closer than that. UMES has some scorers and guys that can get hot.
Yes, St. Joe's is not Pitt nor are they in the ACC. However, they upset Virginia Tech 79-62 last week at the Barclays Center, so the Hawks are not a sleeper either.
