With the Pitt script reveal/re-branding launch set for Wednesday, the athletics department distributed a press release regarding the event.
A VIP/invitation-only event will be held starting at 5:00 p.m. and sometime around 6:30 p.m., the official reveal event will begin in the lobby of the Petersen Events Center. Uniforms for all sports in the 2016-17 season will be on display via a public fashion show by current athletes (no word yet on who those will be).
Afterwards (and perhaps most importantly), new merchandise will be on sale in the team store. In addition, there will be a raffle and silent auction.
