Pitt lost by Duke by 35 at home ten days ago and a similar performance was expected today as the Panthers traveled to play the Blue Devils on the road.
Similar it was, as Pitt was completely outgunned in an 81-54 loss.
Recapping this game would be kind of pointless since we basically just saw it. Not much changed this time around. Pitt struggled to score, struggled to defend, and even the most basic tasks such as getting the ball beyond halfcourt in the allotted time were difficult. Pitt was also beaten badly on the glass and, in a theme we’ve seen all year, turned the ball over way too much.
