Pitt-Oklahoma State Panther of the Game: Ryan Winslow

Pitt was really short on good performances against Oklahoma State. A few other guys were kind of deserving, I suppose. Backup quarterback Ben DiNucci came in and made a few plays, for example. But he still only completed about half of his passes and threw two interceptions. Wide receiver Rafael Araujo-Lopes had a solid game with six catches, 89 yards, and a touchdown.

But my pick here goes to punter Ryan Winslow, who had a pretty busy day with six punts. Half of Winslow's punts were inside the 20-yard line and two, inside the 5-yard line. Pitt had a big issue with field position against Penn State last weekend and while they had plenty of problems yesterday against Oklahoma State, that wasn't one of them.
