Pitt is in prime time tonight, facing the North Carolina Tar Heels on ESPN at 7:30 p.m.
Simply put, this hasn’t been a prime time season for the Panthers. The team sits under .500 on the year, has had quarterback questions for much of the season, and a myriad of issues combined with a difficult schedule haven’t made things too much fun this season.
That said, Pitt is still right in the thick of things for a bowl bid and a win tonight would pull the team even at 5-5 and get them one win closer to eligibility.
