With the regular season ended, we're getting into postseason award time. Pitt forward Michael Young got some conference recognition on Sunday when he was named to the ACSMA's All-ACC Third Team.
Young was easily the Panthers' best player. He averaged team-highs in points (16.1) and rebounds (7.1), and was second only to Ryan Luther in field goal percentage, making 54% of his shots. Young was also third in assists and blocks per game, and fourth in free throw percentage.
In the ACC, he ranked ninth in scoring and 12th in rebounding.
The forward wasn't only the team's top player, but also its most consistent.
