Pitt defense wins scrimmage against offense, 55-52

Pitt held another training camp scrimmage today and, as was the case with the team's first one, it was not open to the public or media. In other words, good luck finding out significant amounts of information on it.

The scrimmage was won by the defense, 55-52, and for what it's worth, head coach Pat Narduzzi called out a few players for making nice plays, including James Conner and Jester Weah on offense. Conner got 15-20 reps as estimated by Narduzzi.

Narduzzi did mention that he should be able to name a backup quarterback soon. The kickers also reportedly made all of their kicks.
