The Pitt men’s soccer team was scheduled to open its spring season against Akron at Ambrose Urbanic Field on Sunday afternoon. However, the game has been postponed due to "unplayable field conditions," according to an announcement from the school.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday at 3 p.m. ET, but due to the potential for inclement weather, the matchup was pushed back to Sunday at the same time. Now, with the Pitt-Akron game postponed and no makeup date currently set, the next game on Pitt’s schedule is its City Game matchup with Duquesne on Feb. 27 at 7 p.
