Pitt continued its weekend recruiting blitz with the addition of safety Khadry Jackson of Windermere Preparatory School just outside of Orlando, Florida.
Jackson announced his commitment Sunday at 1 p.m. ET in a message posted on Twitter.
“After talking it over with my family and praying about it, God is great and he has led me to decide that I am committing to the University of Pittsburgh,” Khadry said in the message.
Jackson is considered a three-star recruit by 247Sports, but he does not currently hold a star rating from Rivals. Still, he managed to reel in offers from 19 schools, including Colorado State, Iowa State, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, NC State, Rutgers and UCF.
