Tax documents made public by the University of Pittsburgh on Friday revealed that Pitt football coach Pat Narduzzi was the school’s highest-paid employee during the 2019 fiscal year, according to Craig Meyer of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The coach made just under $4.1 million from his work at Pitt, which was up from $3.2 million in 2018.
Ranking second among Pitt employees in pay was Pitt basketball coach Jeff Capel, who earned $2.6 million. And behind him at third and fourth were former Pitt coaches Kevin Stallings and Suzie McConnell-Serio, who earned $2.5 million and $2.1 million.
