Today, the Pittsburgh Panthers (5-29, 2-10) will begin play in the Mizzou Tournament. Perhaps it shouldn’t be a surprise that they’ll face the Missouri Tigers at 6pm EST to open play.
They’ll play Missouri again as their second game on Saturday. Pitt will face the Oregon Ducks in their first game on Saturday and also once on Sunday to conclude the tournament. The Panthers will be the away team against the Tigers, while they’ll be the home team in their two games against Oregon. The games against Missouri should be televised on the SEC Network.
Pitt clobbered the North Carolina Tar Heels last Saturday, 14-5, and played a competitive game against the Ohio State Buckeyes until the top of the 9th inning.
