No. 20 Pittsburgh rolls by Boston College 84-61

PITTSBURGH -- Jamel Artis scored 22 points and No. 20 Pittsburgh recovered from a forgettable loss at No. 21 Louisville by pulling away from struggling Boston College 84-61 on Saturday.

Michael Young added 13 points, five rebounds and nine assists for the Panthers (15-2, 4-1 Atlantic Coast Conference). Cameron Johnson scored a career-high 17 points off the bench for Pitt, which shut down the Eagles (7-10, 0-4) in the second half.

Eli Carter scored a career-high 31 for Boston College but received little help from his teammates. Carter made 12 of 22 shots, including 5 of 11 3-point attempts.
